Will be reviewing based on the ships i rode (?) Cebu - CDO, transasia 18 (Monday night, passed by tagbilaran port) CDO - Cebu m, transasia 21 (Friday night) 18 is an older model probably so the facilities weren’t as updated as 21. I appreciate the elevator feature in 21 cause it makes things easier for the seniors, pwd, pregnant women, those with babies/kids or straight up those who has lots of baggage to go up since the stairs going up is very steep. 18 had ok restroom inside the tourist room area but the toilet won’t flash. 21 was nice to have a shower room and love how it was kept clean. Hoping they could upgrade or update features in their old model ships.

First time taking my motorcycle on a boat . I stayed at the Private room. It was clean but had no towels and toiletries. Food was ok but the cafe closed early. Staff were friendly.

I once had an experienced an issue from their office. I want to book a ticket bound for CDO. I followed the protocol, i asked the personnel standing at the door, got the queue number and waited for more or less 30 minutes. Then they announced that there will be no accommodation of passengers bound for CDO. They should've told the passengers ahead. But that's only the issue. All of their operations are all good.

Got a round trip from Cebu to Ozamis with a small sedan and 4 people, you have to fill out forms as soon as you get inside and take a number, one for the car and one for the people, they treated the car and people separately, we needed to show the cars Invoice and license plate. They only accept cash for the car but a card is okay for the people. It's a busy place. They also have a BDO ATM right in the office 😁🤑

I travelled from Iloilo to Cebu for more than 12 hrs... and I stayed at economy room since there's no available at the cabin area.. no electric fan or ventilation, very hot and i can't sleep

Should be 4.8 stars, coz there's always room for more improvement. And speaking of improvement, somewhere in the area of parking space.Overall the staff were very accomodating and friendly. Kudos, Keep it up!

The employees are very accomodating though seems one of the superior is not. Maybe due to old age but overall the place is nice. Their ship is way more clean and very comfortable for travelling than cockaliong. I am used to traveling from Cebu to Ozamis via cockaliong but I will shift to Transasia now. Hope they can lower the AC as well, its way too cold but will still rate them 100% for customer service and cleanliness.

We had a bad experience at this shipping when we went home there were cancelations happen on the trip but no one bothers to let us know some even went to the port turned out that the trip was cancelled . Reaccomodation made was downgraded …

My go-to shipping line for traveling to and from my hometown. The ships are decent and the cargo fee for motorcycle is affordable. The wait for unloading your vehicle is just really long (at least 1hr.) because they always put the motorcycles and private cars deep inside the ship.
